When you buy from us, we want you to be completely satisfied.  If you are not pleased with something you ordered, please return it in original condition within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price (NOTE: Opened CDs, tapes, and software can be returned only if defective, for like-item replacement.  We are forbidden by law to accept returns of personal hygiene items).

Returning merchandise is easy.  Here's what you do...

1. Fill out the Return Form below.  This tells us how to handle the return.

2. Repack the merchandise in the original packing materials we used to ship it to you.  Enclose the completed Return Form.

3. On returns over $50, call 913-390-0247 to get a return authorization number.  Write this number on the outside of the package.

4. Address the package to:

5. Send the package via UPS or insured parcel post.  Please retain the tracking number.
